Mayor Lee Leffingwell, I was very disappointed in your endorsement of Edwin Edwards by giving him an award and helping promote his run for a congressional office. The damage that Edwards has done to the state of Louisiana is huge. His antics with promotions from the good old boy network still echo today. He was in federal prison for racketeering, extortion and money laundering for eight years, and it should have been longer. Either your political handlers dropped the ball or you are a true believer of malfeasance in office.
